Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Ensure solutions within your service area meet the established technical and security requirements.
- Collaborate internally and externally for the management of service delivery, working closely with suppliers and the customer’s operations team.
- Control versions and configurations and assist the Service Manager in ensuring service lifecycle management aligns with security requirements.
- Engage continuously with the process organization and ensure alignment with ITIL framework standards.
- Assist the Service Manager and Vendor Manager in managing SLA and OLA KPIs.
- Monitor service performance and provide capacity reporting.
- Provide expertise in technical risk analyses.
- Proactively identify development areas and security solutions, driving them forward.
- Support ongoing projects aimed at strengthening the existing environment at Bankgirot.
What you bring:
- Strong technical knowledge in IT security services.
- Experience in managing IT security services.
- Proven experience in risk assessment and management.
- Familiarity with ITIL and its application in IT delivery.
- Experience working in regulated activities.
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience with Security Operations Center (SOC), Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDS/IDP), Logging, Security Vulnerability Scanning (SVS), Compliance reporting, and Security architecture.
- Expertise in EDR, SIEM, NDR.
- High-level communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.
- Structured, goal-driven approach to work with a focus on delivering high-quality development and solutions.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
