Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Strategic IT Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Conduct strategic assessments of current and future technical platforms across infrastructure, IT security, and workplace services
- Provide expert advisory on Microsoft’s product portfolio, licensing strategy, and technical platforms
- Collaborate with architecture, procurement, and IT leadership to evaluate platform choices and their business impact
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations aligned with business goals, cost structure, and supplier strategy
- Facilitate workshops, capture insights, and produce strategic documentation for decision-making
- Drive short-term, high-impact engagements with measurable outcomes
What you bring:
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level consultancy experience in global organizations
- Proven expertise in Microsoft platforms, licensing models, and security solutions
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital workplace services
- Ability to connect technical decisions to business strategy, innovation, and cost optimization
- Experience advising leadership functions including architecture, procurement, and IT strategy
- Demonstrated success in strategic IT analysis, digital transformation, and business process optimization
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and workshop facilitation skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Prince2 methodologies (contextual knowledge)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to present insights through reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL) – an advantage
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; MBA or equivalent strategic education preferred
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and relationship-oriented with a high level of integrity
