Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Stream Lead – Business Analysis & Transformation to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead a sub-stream within a major financial-sector transformation program, ensuring clear requirements analysis, definition and alignment.
- Translate business needs into sustainable, feasible technical solutions in close collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders.
- Drive the migration plan together with the business, ensuring structured progress and clear decision points.
- Participate in testing activities, contributing to both technical and operational validation of solutions.
- Support the change process through communication, training and preparation of user-facing materials.
- Contribute to UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business and technology expectations.
- Navigate a complex organizational landscape with many stakeholders and dependencies, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Provide advisory support on complex issues and help anchor decisions at both operational and IT levels.
What you bring:
- Strong experience in requirements management, requirements analysis and development of solution proposals.
- Experience leading migration plans in larger programs or transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of technical testing and validation methods from both a technical and business perspective.
- Background in business requirements and proven ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
- Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience leading communication, training and UAT activities within change projects.
- Analytical, structured and able to see the big picture as well as understand detailed dependencies.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to drive alignment across both IT and business.
- Self-driven, proactive and able to act as an advisor in complex matters.
- Strong collaborator experienced in large program organizations.
- Experience with PEGA or similar environments is an advantage.
