Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sub Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Serve as a Sub-Project Manager for development projects aimed at creating new service concepts.
Produce technical documentation essential for service concepts, including activity lists, instructions, and other related materials.
Act as the technical lead in projects, overseeing both delivery and improvement initiatives.
Assist other organizations with technical documentation as needed, with a focus on Finspång-produced machines and their documentation.
Collaborate with designers, salespeople, project managers, field service teams, and other stakeholders on development projects.

What you bring:

Broad experience with Finspång-produced machines and related documentation.
Proven experience as a Sub-Project Manager in development projects.
Knowledge of B-specs for Finspång-produced machines (preferred).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
Background in facilities with rotating equipment, such as heat pumps, cooling machines, gas turbines, or steam turbines.
Familiarity with heat pump technology is advantageous.
Strong ability to work independently with a proactive approach, managing tasks based on your progress.
Proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is a plus.
