Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sub Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Lead the delivery of Control & Protection systems for HVDC installations, including design, manufacturing, and testing phases.
- Maintain exceptional project control by managing budget, scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a multidisciplinary engineering team, covering hardware, software, and IT/SCADA deliveries.
- Manage and navigate interfaces with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with the HVDC Control & Protection management team to report on progress, challenges, and solutions.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in system development, ideally within HVDC technology, but also in Industrial Control and Protection Systems, Substation Protection, Automation, and Telecommunication Systems.
- A passion for both people and technology, with strong decision-making skills and the self-management ability to take full responsibility for your scope and deliver on time in a dynamic environment.
- An engaged, ambitious, and driven personality that thrives in a constantly evolving environment and enjoys collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to customer needs and a commitment to continuous improvement in quality, paired with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
- A strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to understand deadlines and budgetary constraints, and the confidence to make decisions for your team when necessary.
- Comfort in meeting customers and participating in technical negotiations to support your team.
- Proficiency in English is required, as you will be working in an international setting with diverse communication needs.
- Swedish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory for this role.
