Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sub Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and drive complex strategic projects with multiple dependencies under tight deadlines.
- Act as a Sub-Project Manager for Security Services, ensuring successful delivery of NDR, EDR, and SVS solutions.
- Collaborate closely with IT development and product development teams to align project goals with technical competencies.
- Manage requirements, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to create engagement, commitment, and a shared understanding of project objectives.
- Provide clear project updates, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT development or product development.
- Proven ability to lead projects in Midrange or Security Services environments.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and experience working closely with IT competencies.
- Ability to handle requirements gathering and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Relevant post-secondary IT education or equivalent knowledge acquired through professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Office tools and project management software.
- Ability to analyze complex information, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions effectively.
- Experience in Banking and Finance is meritorious but not required.
