Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sub Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Inventory the need for changes in an existing control system to meet new regulatory requirements
- Implement and test a new program for a new cooling function in condensers
- Ensure functional and design specifications and I/O lists are developed
- Oversee the qualification of the control system
- Provide technical solutions that ensure operational reliability and maintainability
- Manage change processes and review control system documentation
- Develop and review electrical drawings for process equipment
- Set requirements for equipment and components within electricity
- Project manage the process designers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Develop resource needs, schedules, and cost estimates
- Secure resources, participate in risk assessment work, and lead communication within the subproject
What you bring:
- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional work
- Strong skills in automation and control systems
- Experience in developing technical specifications and reviewing documentation
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams in a structured manner
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Courage, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach
- Desirable experience with control systems
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in Swedish and English
