Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Supplier Development Lead – Automotive to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead and coordinate component development activities at the supplier in alignment.
  • Ensure all components meet requirements, timelines, and cost targets throughout the development cycle.
  • Organize and facilitate governance meetings, providing clear and consistent status reporting.
  • Manage change requests and evaluate cost, timing, and technical impacts.

What you bring:

  • Strong project management capabilities with proven experience in supplier coordination.
  • Solid understanding of processes, including VPDS, ECF, and PEF.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive development.
  • Previous experience as a GDL
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and risk-management skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
