Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Coordinate and drive activities to ensure timely and effective action through all phases of the deviation reporting process.
- Collaborate with suppliers to conduct thorough root cause analyses (RCA) and ensure implementation of preventive measures.
- Analyze statistics related to supplier-caused quality deficiencies, validate corrective actions, and identify recurring issues.
- Prepare documentation and statistics for recurring meetings, including Supplier Performance Review, I-NCC Q-gate, and supplier meetings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing processes and driving supplier and process development within your area of responsibility.
- Foster and maintain strong internal relationships to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction among internal stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers to manage operational requirements, documentation, and corrective actions across phases: recording, analyzing, remediating, implementing, and monitoring.
- Ensure accurate cost basis for potential claims against suppliers.
