Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Supply Planner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive and coordinate purchasing activities within product development projects.
Plan and purchase components to support operational activities and project needs.
Ensure availability of components and manage capital commitment in collaboration with the planning team.
Act as a key contact for customers, development departments, suppliers, production, and other internal functions.
Contribute to continuous improvements in the planning process to adapt to a changing environment.
Communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders updated throughout the planning and purchasing process.
Make quick, well-informed decisions to support timely delivery to users.

What you bring:

University education in Supply Chain, preferably a master’s degree in engineering.
0–2 years of experience as a planner or in a similar supply chain role.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of drive and responsibility.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a values-driven, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Strong proficiency in Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
Ability to perform well under a high work tempo and make quick decisions when needed.
