Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Data Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Model, structure, and report sustainability-related data within R&D, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational needs.
- Act as the process owner for LCAs, including developing, maintaining, and updating the SimaPro model.
- Collaborate across functions to gather required sustainability data and develop templates for efficient data submission into SimaPro and related databases.
- Support reporting of recycled content, recyclability rates, and other sustainability indicators.
- Contribute to integrating sustainability data into other systems such as PLM platforms and Power BI dashboards.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, enabling alignment and understanding across teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainability processes and data management practices.
What you bring:
- Strong analytical ability to assess complex challenges and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
- Solid technical understanding of sustainability methodologies and a capability to design and implement effective sustainability processes.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholder alignment.
- Proven ability to guide discussions, drive collaboration, and maintain progress toward shared goals.
- Structured and organized working style with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and deliver on short-term objectives.
- Experience working with SimaPro (preferably 2+ years) is highly meritorious.
- Fluency in English is required; Swedish is an advantage.
