Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Architect – Pega Development to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Serve as a key Pega developer in an agile team, handling the full lifecycle from ideation to development and follow-up of digital solutions.
- Contribute to both new development initiatives and ongoing operations, with a focus on large, complex system implementations.
- Take primary responsibility for development projects involving multiple Pega developers, leading initiatives that integrate API connections, data models, and external data sources.
- Apply Pega best practices, including “Minimal Lovable Product” (MLP) and component architecture, to support scalability and reuse.
- Actively participate in cross-functional roles, including requirements analysis and testing, to ensure a cohesive and effective delivery.
- Foster a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge with more junior colleagues and encouraging team learning.
- Engage in SAFe or Scrum methodologies within a larger organizational context, collaborating effectively in dynamic and cross-functional teams.
What you bring:
- A degree in Systems Science.
- PCSSA certification or higher, with a minimum of 6 years in a Senior System Architect role.
- Extensive experience with Pega development, especially in complex, large-scale system implementations.
- Demonstrated responsibility for leading multi-developer Pega initiatives.
- Expertise in APIs, integrations, and deployment, as well as data modeling connected to local and external sources.
- Experience working in SAFe environments, with a SAFe or Scrum certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken).
- Additional experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL), Kibana, Jira, and Confluence, as well as in system testing, diagnostics, and performance measurement.
- Preferably, prior experience at developing systems for job brokers, jobseekers, or independent actors.
- Infinity 23 or higher badge is advantageous.
