Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design and drive the technical architecture for an integrated end-to-end solution supporting Financial Management, Time Management, and Portfolio & Project Management within R&D
Ensure seamless data flow and integration between SAP, ERP, and legacy systems in a complex IT environment
Collaborate with stakeholders from R&D, Finance, and IT to ensure architectural alignment with strategic business goals
Maintain and evolve the architectural roadmap, enabling future enhancements and system scalability
Support development teams and guide solution implementation across a global organization
Contribute to the overall IT strategy by promoting modern, sustainable, and scalable architectural practices

What you bring:

Proven experience in system architecture with a focus on ERP and complex system integrations
Strong technical background in IT application integration and tools related to portfolio or resource management
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in agile environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains
Experience working in international and cross-functional teams
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Several years of experience in system design and technical leadership
Experience leading or coordinating technical teams is a strong advantage
Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Swedish, Portuguese, or German is a plus
