Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Designer – Radio Products to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Manage the design and integration of radio systems, ensuring compatibility and performance across frequency variants.
- Define system requirements for radio products based on customer and regulatory standards.
- Translate high-level requirements into specific performance and functional specifications.
- Lead performance allocation for uplink and downlink to optimize overall system efficiency.
- Oversee system reliability aspects, including uptime, MTBF, fault tolerance, and environmental resilience.
- Ensure compliance with 3GPP standards and other relevant industry specifications.
- Collaborate with RF engineers and hardware designers to achieve system compatibility.
- Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
What you bring:
- Strong understanding of radio system design and wireless communication technologies.
- Expertise in 3GPP standards and specifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in radio systems management and design.
- Experience in performance allocation and system optimization for wireless products.
- Familiarity with frequency planning and interference management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
