Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Support the implementation of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) processes.
  • Assist in establishing guidelines and best practices for MBSE within the organization.
  • Contribute to the systemization of new functions in the future.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of MBSE tools and methodologies.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for optimizing MBSE tools and processes.
  • Participate in training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on MBSE principles and tools.

What you bring:

  • 3-8 years of experience in Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE).
  • Proficiency in using IBM Rhapsody and/or Enterprise Architect.
  • Strong understanding of MBSE principles and best practices.
  • Experience in implementing MBSE tools and processes in complex environments.
  • Ability to develop and refine guidelines and best practices for MBSE adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Swedish citizenship is required due to the nature of the defense industry.
