Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support the implementation of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) processes.
- Assist in establishing guidelines and best practices for MBSE within the organization.
- Contribute to the systemization of new functions in the future.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of MBSE tools and methodologies.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for optimizing MBSE tools and processes.
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on MBSE principles and tools.
What you bring:
- 3-8 years of experience in Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE).
- Proficiency in using IBM Rhapsody and/or Enterprise Architect.
- Strong understanding of MBSE principles and best practices.
- Experience in implementing MBSE tools and processes in complex environments.
- Ability to develop and refine guidelines and best practices for MBSE adoption.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Swedish citizenship is required due to the nature of the defense industry.
