Senior System Engineer – 12855

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Conduct early analysis and interpretation of customer and internal requirements, including direct communication with the customer
Ensure the quality and accuracy of requirements and functional descriptions across functional areas
Perform analyses and feasibility studies in the early stages of projects, documenting findings and recommendations
Validate that proposed support solutions are feasible, sustainable, and aligned with customer needs and requirements
Contribute to the development of complex technical systems with high reliability and long-term sustainability
Engage in projects from concept through to finished product, working with advanced technology in a global environment
Collaborate across teams and functions, driving continuous improvements and innovative solutions

What you bring:

Degree in civil engineering, engineering, or another relevant technical field
Experience as a requirements analyst or technical project manager in systems with high demands on availability and security
Strong understanding of requirements management and its role in successful development projects
Ability to work independently with strong personal drive, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Swedish and English
