Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System & Research Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan, execute, and report on sub-activities within larger system and application projects
Conduct laboratory experiments using reagents or model systems to evaluate applications, methodologies, or software
Collaborate actively in cross-functional scrum teams, participating in discussions, planning sessions, and decision-making
Adhere to established processes, routines, and quality standards throughout project execution
Contribute to new product development, product lifecycle management, and market support activities

What you bring:

Degree in engineering with a strong background in molecular biotechnology and analysis
Several years of hands-on laboratory experience
Strong analytical skills and understanding of biosensor technologies (highly desirable)
Experience working in R&D projects related to system or product development
Interest or experience in software design and application development
Solid understanding of system development, particularly application and software aspects
Ability to plan, execute, and report on tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Strong social skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
