Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Tester to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Plan, execute, and document system tests in both laboratory and field environments.
  • Configure and maintain test environments involving hardware and software components.
  • Design, develop, and automate test cases, for example using Java.
  • Analyze test data, software logs, and performance results to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, test managers, and product owners to ensure system robustness and reliability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, tools, and methodologies.

What you bring:

  • Engineering degree in mechatronics, electronics, systems science, or a related field.
  • Experience in testing and verifying embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, GIT, and Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in scripting and test automation, preferably using Java.
  • Understanding of HIL/SIL testing, sensors, and control systems.
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with industrial or robotic systems, mechanical and electronic integration, or Java-based software is considered an advantage.
