Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Define and validate test environments to ensure seamless integration and verification of electrical systems.
• Perform system-level testing and verification according to defined test scopes, requirements, and component interfaces.
• Analyze system behavior, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance with expected performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, test, and validate electrical system components and subsystems.
• Conduct thorough analysis of test results and draw conclusions to support design validation and system release readiness.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of verification activities in alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high-quality deliverables and adhering to established testing methodologies and documentation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement within system verification processes and contribute to cross-functional collaboration

What you bring:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in system verification and electrical system testing.
• Proven expertise in defining, executing, and analyzing system-level tests within complex engineering environments.
• Strong background in electrical systems, integration testing, and system behavior validation.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements, plan verification activities, and deliver results within defined timelines.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and capacity to resolve technical issues based on test outcomes.
• Solid experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with the ability to influence and inspire collaboration.
• Proficiency in structured test methodologies, verification tools, and documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
