Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Define and validate the test environment for electrical systems.
- Integrate, verify, and validate the electrical system according to component interfaces and expected system behavior.
- Perform system testing and verification activities within a defined test scope and given requirements.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide resolutions to ensure product quality and readiness before release.
- Execute verification tasks based on established plans, directives, and operational procedures.
- Take operational responsibility for day-to-day testing and team deliveries.
- Lead system engineering efforts within a technical team, ensuring quality and compliance with project standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through analysis, feedback, and collaboration across teams.
- Act as a role model in applying advanced verification methods and in developing team competencies.
What you bring:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in system verification and electrical system testing.
- Strong expertise in defining, executing, and analyzing verification and validation activities.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor colleagues in complex engineering projects.
- Broad-based technical knowledge with deep expertise in system verification engineering.
- Experience applying structured methods and tools for test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from test results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create value across the organization through innovation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
