Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Define and validate the test environment for electrical systems.
Integrate, verify, and validate the electrical system according to component interfaces and expected system behavior.
Perform system testing and verification activities within a defined test scope and given requirements.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide resolutions to ensure product quality and readiness before release.
Execute verification tasks based on established plans, directives, and operational procedures.
Take operational responsibility for day-to-day testing and team deliveries.
Lead system engineering efforts within a technical team, ensuring quality and compliance with project standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement through analysis, feedback, and collaboration across teams.
Act as a role model in applying advanced verification methods and in developing team competencies.

What you bring:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in system verification and electrical system testing.
Strong expertise in defining, executing, and analyzing verification and validation activities.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor colleagues in complex engineering projects.
Broad-based technical knowledge with deep expertise in system verification engineering.
Experience applying structured methods and tools for test planning, execution, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from test results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to create value across the organization through innovation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
