Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Informant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Produce clear and well-structured operator instructions using PowerPoint and established templates.
- Collect and validate information through interviews, on-site observations, photography, and documentation review.
- Manage and refine images, text, and technical content to create user-friendly and accurate instructions.
- Coordinate reviews with subject-matter experts and ensure documentation is approved according to internal standards.
- Analyze and improve the structure, readability, and information flow of technical documents.
- Communicate and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure information accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards.
What you bring:
- Proven experience working as a technical informant within an industrial environment.
- Strong interest in creating, writing, and presenting technical information for different user groups.
- Structured, systematic, and detail-oriented approach to documentation.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of independence with strong personal drive and ownership of tasks.
- Ability to analyze and refine technical content for clarity, readability, and usability.
- Good language sense and ability to ensure consistent information flow.
- Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machinery safety.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
