Senior Technical Information Specialist / QA Engineer - 13654

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Information Specialist / QA Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Create detailed tutorials and guides to support end users throughout their developer journey
Review, edit, and publish API documentation and other content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to standards
Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences
Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and implement improvements
Collaborate in the planning stages of development to maintain high-quality testing standards throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with Product Development Teams, Engineers, Digital Product Owners, and stakeholders to promote developer self-service
Ensure all documentation and portals are well-structured, bug-free, and maintainable

What you bring:

University degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in creating end-user documentation and performing software/website QA
Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and commitment to quality standards
Knowledge of information architecture principles and familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in complex global organizations and software development projects is a plus
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, with a valid Swedish work permit if not an EU citizen
