Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and manage investment, installation, and construction projects in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
- Define project scope, time plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Develop requirement specifications and procurement for process equipment and components.
- Oversee the preparation and installation of process equipment, including supplier visits and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Coordinate test runs, qualification processes, and production personnel training according to project plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure alignment and progress.
- Organize and lead project and steering group meetings, maintaining clear communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
What you bring:
- 5–10 years of experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing medium-sized capital investment projects (10–50 MSEK).
- A strong technical background and a track record of leading complex investment projects.
- Familiarity with project methodologies and structured project models.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with renovation, investment, or installation projects.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with suppliers, project participants, and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and agility to manage multiple projects and navigate constant change.
- A service-oriented and self-driven attitude, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
