Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coordinate projects focused on the expansion of MDM/UEM platforms, including mobile and cellular device implementations.
- Optimize Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Always-On VPN (AOVPN) solutions for mobile devices.
- Drive integration initiatives with Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on RBAC and just-in-time (JiT) administrative access.
- Ensure technical teams deliver security controls, automated provisioning, and RBAC requirements.
- Act as the liaison between IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of goals, timelines, and priorities.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to maintain timelines.
- Report to management with status updates, performance metrics, and risk assessments.
- Drive user adoption and change management through documentation, training, and user support.
What you bring:
- 5–10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT, leading large enterprise projects.
- Documented experience in MDM/UEM projects, including mobile device rollout and policy implementation.
- Strong understanding of SASE, AOVPN, IAM, RBAC, and mobile security, with experience coordinating technical teams implementing these solutions.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Meritorious: experience with Workspace ONE (VMware), Microsoft Intune, other MDM/UEM solutions, security automation initiatives, PMP/CSM/ITIL certifications, or managing international/distributed teams.
