Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead a large-scale IT project focused on developing and enhancing a unified production environment for data collection and processing.
- Drive initiatives to enable automated data flows, from raw data to finalized databases, ensuring data is searchable, reusable, and efficiently managed.
- Establish consistent use of metadata throughout the data lifecycle to improve data quality and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with both IT and operational teams to align technical development with business needs.
- Conduct and oversee requirements gathering, planning, coordination, and overall project governance.
- Manage feasibility studies and contribute to strategic decision-making at an organizational level.
What you bring:
- Minimum 3 years of documented experience (since 2020) leading IT projects within agile development teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience (since 2020) managing projects using PPS or a comparable project management methodology.
- Proven ability to plan, lead, and deliver complex projects in environments with multiple stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of experience in change management (since 2018).
- Experience managing projects in large organizations (500+ employees) and in public sector operations (since 2018).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to project delivery.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
