Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager/Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coordinate integration efforts and improvements between the pick-up department and partners/suppliers.
- Collaborate with development teams and recipient organizations (internal and external) to identify and launch enhancements in solution design.
- Coordinate advanced troubleshooting processes and drive improvements in solutions and workflows.
- Develop new processes to enhance stability and foster effective collaboration with suppliers and partners.
- Translate business, user, and technical needs into product requirements and facilitate dialogue with suppliers and relevant organizational units.
- Drive the launch of new digital solutions and build a maintenance organization to ensure their stability.
- Optimize and streamline troubleshooting processes.
What you bring:
- 4–6 years of experience in similar consultancy roles.
- Post-secondary education in IT or management.
- Proven experience in project management for system integrations and application development, working with diverse stakeholders and partners.
- Basic understanding of software development and technical concepts to facilitate smooth collaboration with development teams.
- Experience as a project manager and product owner.
- Ability to prioritize and consolidate needs from business, tech, and users into actionable requirements (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Track record of launching new digital solutions and establishing maintenance structures for them.
- Familiarity with logistics and/or e-commerce applications.
- Experience coordinating and optimizing troubleshooting processes.
- Preferred experience in automation for application solutions.
