Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer & Documentation Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Deliver project-related quality artefacts (GxP, SaMD) such as documents, assessments, plans, and reports
Support software development teams with risk determination, assessments, and software validation documentation
Write, edit, and structure various types of technical documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with quality management standards
Collaborate with software development teams, technical leads, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors to compile and refine quality artefacts
Review and revise documentation for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
Ensure timely delivery, approval, and closeout of quality artefacts according to program cycles and milestones
Support each software release from a documentation perspective

What you bring:

Proven experience with validation requirements for computerized systems in a regulated environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and within SaMD or GxP
Experience working in software development projects and a global, geographically dispersed organization
Strong coordination skills to manage documentation across multiple teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and expert-level knowledge of MS Word
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Well-organized, proactive, and able to deliver tasks on time in an iterative development environment
