Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test and Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Assemble complex prototypes and integrate multi-disciplinary modules, including mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, electrical, and software systems
- Execute comprehensive testing activities—covering safety, functionality, performance, and endurance—at both component and system levels, in-house and at customer locations
- Maintain, improve, and calibrate lab equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance with quality standards
- Contribute to the development, refinement, and documentation of test and verification processes throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in design, quality, and production to ensure successful product development and release
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to peers and junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in engineering or other relevant academic background
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Assembly, Test, and Verification engineering
- Proven ability to contribute in early-stage product development and navigate complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong technical proficiency in mechatronic systems, with experience in integrating and testing systems that combine mechanical, electrical, and software components
- Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting and resolving issues with physical hardware
- Collaborative mindset with a continuous learning attitude and willingness to adopt new technologies and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
