Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and coordinate daily and long-term planning for engineering and mechanic resources in the team.
  • Align and assign test vehicles to specific testing assignments.
  • Collaborate with customers to define and secure vehicle dynamics test requirements based on project needs.
  • Actively participate in product development projects to ensure vehicle dynamics considerations are integrated.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with experience managing technical teams and resources.
  • Proficiency in aligning technical requirements with operational resources and schedules.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, enabling effective communication in diverse environments.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in vehicle dynamics and truck development is meritorious.
