Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Coordinator – Vehicle Dynamics to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate vehicle dynamics testing within truck development projects.
Plan and manage daily operations and long-term test schedules, ensuring efficient use of engineering and workshop resources.
Align test vehicles and activities with project timelines and technical requirements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to secure vehicle dynamics test needs within the organization and across the wider group.
Drive continuous improvement of testing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and alignment with overall development goals.
Ensure documentation, reporting, and follow-up of test results and resource utilization.

What you bring:

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, testing methodologies, and product development processes.
Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
