Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Drive test automation initiatives in a .NET environment with focus on efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate closely with the development team, contributing hands-on to automation frameworks and test suites
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and methodology to strengthen test automation competence across the team
  • Support both developers and operations through clear communication and structured testing processes
  • Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement in testing practices and delivery quality

What you bring:

  • Solid experience in test automation within .NET environments
  • Advantageous if you have worked with Unit4 solutions
  • Strong technical testing expertise combined with pedagogical skills to guide and educate teams
  • Confidence in your testing abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across development and operations
