Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer – Automotive Functional Safety to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Perform structured test analysis and test design for 100+ feature requirements
- Define and validate test cases for 50+ functional safety requirements
- Ensure full traceability from requirements to test execution and results
- Conduct system-level validation in both vehicle and simulation environments
- Apply automotive safety standards and ensure compliance throughout testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to secure high-quality system performance
- Deliver assigned work packages within planned milestones, with final delivery by March 2026
- Identify risks, report defects, and drive issue resolution during validation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies and methodologies
What you bring:
- Proven experience in automotive system testing and validation
- Strong capability in test case development for both vehicle-level and model/simulation-based testing
- Hands-on experience working with functional safety requirements
- Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and optionally SOTIF (ISO 21448)
- Ability to perform requirement analysis and derive structured, testable scenarios
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, driving behavior, and traffic regulations
- Experience working with traceability tools and structured engineering documentation
- Analytical mindset and methodical problem-solving ability in safety-critical environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
