Senior Test Facility Engineer - 10520

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Facility Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and participate in security initiatives to ensure compliance with EU Competition Law directives.
Support non-product investment processes by coordinating test facility needs.
Map, prioritize, and implement improvements related to Cost, Attractiveness, and Sustainability (CAS) within our test and workshop facilities.
Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Address and resolve test facility-related issues while controlling implemented measures and improvements.
Maintain thorough documentation and reporting related to test facility operations.

What you bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Economics and Management, Economics and Production Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge and experience in large test operations, manufacturing, facility management, finance, or audit.
Proven experience in collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders within large organizations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure, document, and implement changes effectively.
Fluency in English and Swedish to facilitate communication across teams and partners.
