Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Governance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Engage with internal development teams of a leading automotive company to analyze, review, and support test planning and test case development
Utilize internal software test tooling to enhance testing processes and methodologies
Contribute to test automation and test framework development
Deploy and maintain tests in Continuous Integration (CI) environments, ensuring seamless operations
Support the improvement of test strategies and governance across projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality assurance and testing best practices

What you bring:

Strong expertise in Bazel, Python/PyTest, Docker, and software development
Experience in Continuous Integration and software testing methodologies
Proficiency in Linux and working within CI environments
Hands-on experience in test automation and test framework development
Knowledge of C++, Zuul, Ansible, and test framework architecture (preferred)
Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using Grafana, Power BI, or similar tools (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
