Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive test plan in collaboration with the Test Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Lead and coordinate the test team, ensuring proper training and resource allocation.
  • Plan, prioritize, and follow up on testing activities with process owners, solution architects, and development teams.
  • Ensure effective defect and incident management, maintaining clear communication with implementation partners.
  • Report test status, risks, and progress to the Test Manager and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to standardized methodologies, test processes, and data coordination within the CoE.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead/Test Manager in large-scale transformation or ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong background in test management within SAP or other global ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and various testing methodologies (including agile testing).
  • Experience managing test data quality and using test management tools.
  • Hands-on system implementation experience.
  • Relevant academic degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.).
  • Certification in test management (ISTQB or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Meritorious

  • Experience from the process industry.
  • Proven ability to lead international test teams.
  • Experience working within a Test Center of Excellence (CoE).
