Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Leadto join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, defining scope and testing methods in collaboration with the Test Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Lead and coordinate teams of testers, ensuring training, efficient task allocation, and monitoring of progress.
- Oversee execution of test cases across different test phases, including user acceptance testing and other future test phases.
- Manage defect lifecycle, including documentation, tracking, resolution, and communication with implementation partners and development teams.
- Ensure clear communication of testing progress, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with central test managers and other leads to ensure adherence to test methodology and test data coordination.
- Support process improvement, knowledge sharing, and standardization within the Test CoE.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent in test management.
- Proven experience leading testing in large, complex ERP transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, test methodologies, and end-to-end test data management.
- Experience with global ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- System implementation experience; experience in the process industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
- Strong test management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and use of test management tools.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach and ability to deliver innovative solutions to testing challenges.
