Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Leadto join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, defining scope and testing methods in collaboration with the Test Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Lead and coordinate teams of testers, ensuring training, efficient task allocation, and monitoring of progress.
• Oversee execution of test cases across different test phases, including user acceptance testing and other future test phases.
• Manage defect lifecycle, including documentation, tracking, resolution, and communication with implementation partners and development teams.
• Ensure clear communication of testing progress, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with central test managers and other leads to ensure adherence to test methodology and test data coordination.
• Support process improvement, knowledge sharing, and standardization within the Test CoE.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent in test management.
• Proven experience leading testing in large, complex ERP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, test methodologies, and end-to-end test data management.
• Experience with global ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• System implementation experience; experience in the process industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
• Strong test management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and use of test management tools.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on approach and ability to deliver innovative solutions to testing challenges.
