Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Ensure high-quality mutual fund trading functionality within Lumera by creating, structuring, and documenting comprehensive test cases.
- Write and execute test cases hands-on to establish a strong testing foundation before transitioning ownership to team members.
- Coach and guide teams in effective test practices, test-case structuring, and usage of Jira (XRAY).
- Translate existing fund-trading knowledge into clear, testable flows within Lumera and ensure alignment with the overall test strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Lumera specialists, automation engineers, and business stakeholders to strengthen test processes and improve flow clarity.
- Support the creation of test structures that enable future automation and improved traceability.
- Assist teams during transformations or transitions to new core systems by providing clarity, structure, and practical guidance.
What you bring:
- Deep, hands-on experience with Lumera, specifically its fund-trading module.
- Strong experience in writing, structuring, and managing test cases in Jira (XRAY) or similar test management tools.
- Proven ability to teach, coach, and support colleagues through practical, hands-on guidance.
- Strong understanding of how test cases should be designed to support test automation.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
- Meritorious experience from supporting teams during transitions to new core systems.
- Ability to visualise, map, and communicate fund-execution flows to support both manual and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and create clarity in complex environments.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills, combined with the confidence to step into an expert role from day one
