Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Leader to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Sub-Project Leadership: Strengthen the sub-project responsible for the internal development of system functions within the MPK project.
- Test Automation Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated tests, focusing on both API and GUI levels using the Playwright framework.
- Strategic Test Planning: Develop and drive strategies and approaches for automated testing, ensuring alignment with project goals and the broader IT strategy.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with project management and business stakeholders to refine and enhance testing processes, ensuring that they meet the future needs of the Swedish Transport Administration.
- Performance Testing: Execute and manage automated/scripted performance tests, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Certifications:
- ISTQB – Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
- ISTQB – Certified Tester Performance Testing (CT-PT)
- Experience:
- Automated Performance Tests: At least 2 years of experience in executing and scripting performance tests.
- Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps: A minimum of 3 years working with these tools, focusing on test management and automation.
- Playwright Framework: At least 2 years of experience in setting up and leading automated test projects within the Playwright framework.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in leading the development of automated testing strategies, including conducting business meetings to drive improvements. This experience must be within an authority setting.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
