Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Leader to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for new systems and updates to existing ones.
- Coordinate testing activities between different development teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
- Lead tests following lean-agile testing methodologies and proactively manage potential risks.
- Execute both automated and manual testing to identify issues prior to production, while taking a hands-on approach to practical testing.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor and evaluate end-user feedback for continuous improvement of functionality and user experience.
- Take ownership of the testing process for the entire application, ensuring coverage of both frontend and backend components.
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in testing and test management, with a minimum of 2 years in lean-agile test management.
- Extensive experience in testing and test management within large IT projects, preferably in complex organizational settings.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with lean-agile testing methods and tools, including test automation.
- Strong expertise in automated testing and practical experience in manual testing, with the ability to implement both in large-scale projects.
- Experience leading the start-up and implementation of test processes across the entire value flow over a sustained period.
- Proficiency in frontend and backend testing, and a solid understanding of test frameworks for E2E, component, and regression testing.
- Proficiency in writing tests using one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex requirements from a testing perspective.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Personal attributes including excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and mentor others within a project team.
