Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Review functional and technical documentation to identify requirements for creating test cases.
• Manage all aspects of test preparations, including test planning, execution, and tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, other workstreams, and third-party partners to ensure smooth testing processes.
• Utilize Jira for test case management and defect tracking, ensuring adherence to structured setup.
• Create, modify, and execute manual test cases based on business requirements, and document and report results.
• Understand and plan test data requirements for complex test scenarios, ensuring proper test data conditioning.
• Submit, track, and validate defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business testers to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute various levels of testing, including UAT, integration, and regression, and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Assist in identifying regression and user acceptance test sets, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end test coverage.
• Participate as a key member of the workstream test team, providing updates and insights.
• Report regularly to the Workstream Lead Test on progress, issues, and results.

What you bring:

• Over five years of experience as a Senior Test Lead and Tester, particularly within Bank & Finance, B2B, and Partner Onboarding.
• Proven experience in large-scale Transformation Programs and Projects.
• Expertise in testing migrated production data and ensuring data integrity.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar bug-tracking software for managing test cases and defects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors across multiple locations, navigating the complexities of remote and multicultural teams.
• Basic understanding of Factoring, Leasing, and Asset Finance business.
• A strong drive, with excellent people skills, able to lead and work effectively within diverse teams.
• Highly organized, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
