Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Leader to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Define and implement the test strategy for the Train, ensuring streamlined quality work, including test-driven development and test automation
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, ensuring tests are aligned across the SAFe trains
- Oversee test planning and prioritization, considering risk perspectives and business impact
- Ensure test environment readiness and effective coordination of test data needs across teams
- Monitor and follow up on testing progress, updating dashboards in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to testing, identifying and implementing best practices
- Plan and coordinate performance and security tests, ensuring compliance with the bank’s quality standards
- Provide hands-on testing support, executing tests when required
- Support and coach testers, removing obstacles and ensuring smooth test execution within the Train
- Manage status updates, escalations, and reporting, ensuring timely and clear communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Train’s release coordinator to ensure test environments and regression testing are in place for planned releases
- Facilitate and participate in key meetings, including PI Planning, Train Management, Decision Meetings, and Escalation Meetings
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Test Leader, QA Lead, or similar role within a SAFe / Agile environment
- Strong expertise in test strategy development, test planning, and execution
- Hands-on experience with test automation, test-driven development (TDD), and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of performance testing and security testing
- Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar test management tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners
- Ability to analyze risks, prioritize tests, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required
