Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Leader (Frontend and Backend) to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that ensure thorough validation of both new systems and updates to existing systems.
- Coordinate testing activities across different development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality throughout the system.
- Lead testing efforts using lean-agile methodologies, proactively identifying and managing potential risks to ensure project success.
- Conduct both automated and manual tests to identify bugs and issues before production, including hands-on involvement in practical testing activities.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor and evaluate end-user feedback, continuously improving functionality and user experience.
- Oversee the testing of the entire application, including both frontend and backend components, ensuring quality and reliability.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of five years of experience in testing and test management, with at least two years of experience in lean-agile test management.
- Proven experience in testing and test management within large IT projects, preferably within complex organizational environments.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with lean-agile testing methods and tools, including test automation.
- Strong expertise in both automated and manual testing, with the ability to apply these skills effectively in large-scale projects.
- Experience working within a lean-agile development methodology.
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend testing.

- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and contribute to a cohesive project environment.
