Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Test Strategy for testing and validating new tools.
- Design, execute, and maintain automated test suites.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance the automation framework.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and test enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to test automation engineers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Test Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in Test Automation.
- Proficiency in API testing and strong hands-on automation skills with various tools and technologies.
- Deep understanding of testing automation principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in coding with Java and strong knowledge of Object-Oriented design principles.
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks such as Cucumber BDD and Selenium/Playwright.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- In-depth knowledge of Web Services and cloud platforms like Azure and/or Amazon AWS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces challenges.
Desired skills & experience:
- Practical experience with Cypress Test Automation Framework.
- Familiarity with Appium for mobile app test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
- Working knowledge of BrowserStack for cross-browser testing.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams.
- Practical experience with Unix/Linux systems.
- Participation and contribution to PI and Sprint planning.
