Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and develop a team of requirements analysts, requirements managers, test managers, and testers, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and guidance to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish and maintain structured, traceable requirements management processes that are fully integrated into the development cycle.
• Develop and oversee test strategies that cover both functional and non-functional requirements, with an emphasis on security and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure security is a top priority by incorporating security requirements and testing for vulnerabilities, performance, and reliability in line with banking and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with project and operational teams to ensure requirements and test results are well-understood and accurately implemented.
• Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and modern testing methodologies, such as CI/CD, to optimize testing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations and standards in the financial sector, including GDPR, PSD2, and AML.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience in requirements and test management, particularly within the banking, finance, or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven leadership experience, with a focus on developing structured processes for requirements, testing, and quality assurance.
• Deep knowledge of security requirements and regulatory standards specific to the banking and finance sector.
• Expertise in automated testing tools and methodologies, with an understanding of CI/CD and other methods to streamline processes.
• Strong capability to create and maintain well-structured, traceable requirements management processes.
• Experience in agile development environments, with the ability to integrate requirements and test processes effectively.
• Relevant certifications in requirements management (e.g., IIBA) and testing (e.g., ISTQB) are advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
