Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across small teams (2–3 members), ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on test processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform hands-on testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with development, project, and product teams to align test activities with project goals.
• Ensure test documentation, reports, and defect tracking are properly maintained in Jira.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methods and team workflows.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead.
• Strong background in planning, coordinating, and executing tests within small teams.
• Hands-on testing experience with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Independent, proactive, and structured work style with solid administrative skills (Jira).
• Bonus: Experience as a Scrum Master or interest in agile methodologies.
• Plus: Domain knowledge in retail, pharmacy, and/or warehouse management environments.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
