Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate testing activities across small teams (2–3 members), ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Plan, execute, and follow up on test processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform hands-on testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with development, project, and product teams to align test activities with project goals.
Ensure test documentation, reports, and defect tracking are properly maintained in Jira.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methods and team workflows.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead.
Strong background in planning, coordinating, and executing tests within small teams.
Hands-on testing experience with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
Independent, proactive, and structured work style with solid administrative skills (Jira).
Bonus: Experience as a Scrum Master or interest in agile methodologies.
Plus: Domain knowledge in retail, pharmacy, and/or warehouse management environments.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
