Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Define and implement the overall test strategy for autonomous mining systems.
Plan, coordinate, and lead testing activities across multiple engineering domains.
Develop detailed test plans in collaboration with engineering, safety, and release management teams.
Ensure full traceability from requirements to test cases and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze test results, provide clear test verdicts, and report findings to stakeholders.
Oversee planning and utilization of vehicles, test tracks, and test facilities.

What you bring:

University degree (M.Sc.) in Data, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in test management within complex engineering or automation environments.
Strong understanding of verification and validation processes.
Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Fluency in English and/or Swedish.
Advantageous: experience in similar assignments within automotive or industrial automation, familiarity with automotive safety standards, and possession of a C driver’s license.
