Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and implement the overall test strategy for IoT with primary focus on the I_Site platform
Drive the transition toward automated regression and system testing to accelerate release cycles
Select, establish, and maintain testing frameworks and tools that enable fast, scalable, and reliable test execution
Coach and mentor testers and developers in automation, performance testing, and quality best practices
Ensure I_Site meets performance, scalability, and concurrency requirements across embedded devices and cloud environments
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to secure rapid, consistent, and actionable feedback
Collaborate closely with the IoT team to align test direction with product goals and technical roadmaps
Continuously improve testing processes, methods, and quality assurance standards across the organization

What you bring:

Extensive experience as a Senior Test Manager or Test Lead with responsibility for strategy and quality assurance
Strong background in designing, implementing, and scaling automated testing solutions
Experience selecting and setting up automation and performance frameworks and tools
Proven ability to guide and mentor QA engineers and developers in automation and performance testing
Solid understanding of performance testing for distributed and connected systems, including IoT architectures
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to set direction and gain alignment
A passion for quality, reliability, and accelerating delivery through smart automation
